The ACE²-EU Cultural Kaleidoscope Festival is an annual cultural event that brings together students, academic staff and partners from all nine Alliance universities to explore Europe’s cultural diversity through arts and culture and foster intercultural dialogue.
The festival programme includes creative workshops, masterclasses, performances, exhibitions and other activities jointly developed by students and academic staff. The first festival, themed “The Voices of Europe Today,” took place in Ingolstadt, Germany, in October 2025, bringing together more than 100 students and academic staff and featuring 55 different events.
Each year, the festival is hosted by a different ACE²-EU partner university: in 2026 it will take place in Romania, followed by Latvia in 2027 and Portugal in 2028. The festival is coordinated by the SPACE Centre, led by the Latvian Academy of Culture.
