Registration Day for the Erasmus students

The Registration Day at the Department of International Relations and Communication of the Latvian Academy of Culture (3rd Floor, Room 32) will take place on Friday, 27th January, 2017.

During the Registration Day the Erasmus Coordinator will prepare a timetable of lectures chosen by the student in the Learning Agreement. The Student should bear in mind that there might be some changes in the timetable, for example, if the chosen courses of study take place simultaneously or if the chosen course of study is cancelled due to the insufficient number of applicants. The student will recieve a Class Attendance Registration Form, as well as all the information regarding the lecture rooms, study process, etc. The Erasmus Coordinator will also prepare a Certificate of Arrival.

The spring semester will begin on the 30th January, 2017. During the first 2 weeks of studies, the students are welcome to attend any of the lectures administered at the Latvian Academy of Culture. After 2 weeks, the student must permanently choose the courses in which he/she wishes to take his/her final exams. The Student will then have approach the professors and inform them about his/her decision to join the course and submit his/her Class Attendance Registration Form for signature.
